GUEST SERVICE AGENT – SYDNEY CITY HOTEL
We are searching for an experience and friendly GUEST SERVICE AGENT to become the newest member of this busy city hotel. As GSA you will working both morning and afternoon shifts and will be responsible for daily operations of the front desk including check in and out, assisting reservations, booking tours and meeting the requests of guests.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
•Minimum 1 year experience in an accommodation hotel reception role is ESSENTIAL
•Outstanding personality
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Able to show proven dedication to the hospitality industry
•Knowledge of Opera is ESSENTIAL
