Capture the benefits of a market upturn in land development as Sydney redefines its industrial landscape into vibrant commercial/residential dwellings
This is a strategic Principal hire starting in the new Financial Year that will play a key role in the growth and development of the Environmental division in 2011/2012 to take advantage of the market expansion in land development/remediation contracts
- Project portfolio currently includes largescale residential developments and highrise activities.
- This role will be responsible for some of the firm’s largest and most challenging land contamination projects
- Non-reliant on tenders waiting to be approved.
- Your charter will include executing organic growth of staffing levels +20% by Q4 2011/2012
- Client engagement, resource allocation for your own projects, mentoring of junior staff with those projects and further recruitment and selection functions
- Employee Owned firm across Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture.
At least ten years experience in contaminated Sites and remediation consulting, degree qualification. A displayed knwoledge and exposure to a range of remedial techniques/technologies will be highly regarded
