Business Development Consultant

- $65,000 package + commission
This highly regarded, well established financial services company has developed its expertise to become a leader in delivering market specific solutions to its wide customer base. Enjoying the backing of a much larger parent, working with this organisation offers you the security and stability of a big company, whilst enjoying the flexibility only available in smaller organisations.
Working under the leadership of a supportive and engaged manager, you will be a key support to business development managers working in the corporate channel. With frequent interaction with your clients, you will play a key role in ensuring they have a continually positive experience, and a seamless process in the establishment and maintenance of their services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establish new client accounts including all associated administration
- Providing quotation to clients
- Prepare settlement documentation
- Support BDM in implementation and document execution
- Maintenance of CRM Systems
- Client training and implementation
- Liaison with clients regarding ongoing needs and new business opportunities
- Customer service and account portfolio analysis and review
- Forecasting and pipeline management
- Work in partnership with BDM's to bring on new clients'
