Travel Consultant - Sydney CBD

If yes then this is a great opportunity for you! This leading retail travel company is currently seeking an experienced travel co nsultant to join their branch in a central Sydney CBD location. As a Travel Consultant, you can expect to be dealing with a variety holiday requests and using a CRS system to make reservations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquires from customers and using in GDS / CRS and in house reservation systems.
- Offering excellent customer service, dealing with complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
- Quoting holidays and converting these to bookings.
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
- You can expect to be dealing with both corporate and retail holiday requests with this leading agency
- Fantastic hours, Monday-Friday 9am - 530pm

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced Travel Consultant looking for a new challenge within retail travel. You will be keen to work for a well-established travel agency and have a flexible approach to the holidays you offer to your customers. Ideally you will had GDS experience and be well travelled.

THE PACKAGE
You will receive a competitive salary, depending on experience of circa $40,000-$45,000 along with super, incentives, travel concessions, educationals and other perks to the best industry; travel!!
