Client Side Project Manager / $10M Hospitality Project

Design + Construct are currently recruiting for an intermediate level Client Side Project Manager. Our client is a well established Project Management & Development Consultancy who works on a variety of Commercial, Retail & Hospitality projects ranging between $10M - $20M.
The ideal c andidate for this role will have completed their Construction degree gained around 2 - 3 years experience working with a Building Contractor as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager and then gone on to work for a PM Consultancy.
In this role you will initially be working closely with the Project Director managing the first stage ($10M) of a Hospitality Project, with viewing to become the lead Project Manager for the remainder of the project and also ongoing projects.
To be shortlisted for this role you will be required to have a construction related degree, ideally Ba in Cons Management with around 5 years post graduate experience. Previous Client Side Consultancy experience is essential combined with a thorough construction knowledge. You will have previously assisted with tender submissions, appointing consultanct teams and managing clients through the construction stages.
