This is a great opportunity to join an ASX listed developer as a Finishes Foreman on their high profile luxury apartment project based in the CBD.
The ideal candidate as a minimum will have experience as a finishes foreman for a prestigious residential development.
In this role you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for:
•Directing the workforce, including sub-contractors, in the construction of the works
•Managing and coordinating materials and equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
•Ensure the safety and quality of all aspects of contractor work
You will have the following qualifications:
•Relevant OH & S and IR Certificate and
Trade qualification
•Worked as a Finishes Foreman ideally on large scale Residential Apartment or highend commercial Projects
•Excellent eye for detail
•Excellent organisation and communication skills
