The role:
Against this fast moving background, this role offers the dedicated construction professional unparalleled autonomy with training and development of the highest industry standards. You will be responsible for the whole tender process on a mixture of commercial and retail projects throughout Sydney. You will be working alongside the senior estimator and project management team to ensure work complies with the drawings, specifications, schedules and resolving any construction problems as required.
Who we're looking for:
Naturally, you'll already have a first-class track record in tendering, scheduling, planning, problem solving, time management, multi-tasking, and subcontractor technical leadership skills ideally within a similar commercial environment. Highly organised in your approach, you'll know how to prioritise a range of (often conflicting) tasks efficiently and effectively. What's more, with great communication skills, you'll thrive under pressure and have the strength of personality to 'push back' when required. And, with loads of initiative, you'll be eager to make the right decisions in order to get things done.
