Our client is one the Australia's leading financial services companies and they are seeking an experienced market research manager who will assist in all insights-based research across the organisation. In this role, the successful candidate will identify and promote market and business opportunities throughout the bank by:

• Managing research projects and a team of researchers
• Determining the project management processes for customised; tracker and customer satisfaction research
• Ad hoc research projects including the introduction of new research methodologies
• Working with business units and customer research agencies
• Analysis; reporting and dissemination of research
• Working with research agencies to create regular reports

Successful candidates are likely to possess the following competencies:

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Research related field
• Minimum 6 years' market research experience (ideally including financial services)
• Analysis / problem solving skills
• Customer Satisfaction/Experience required
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
