This well regarded midsized multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a future director, currently enjoying some huge successes in growth. This position would suit a Principal Engineer seeking their next step in their career to Associate director and seeking an open and friendly work culture which prides themselves on support and have the ability to bring each individual to its ultimate potential and genuinely relish and enjoy their workplace
As a senior member of the Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for the overseeing of the technical inputs of the Sydney office urban development team ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met within budgets.
Ideally seeking
- A Principal or Associate Engineer with meticulous attention to detail along with well developed communication skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others
- Managing the delivery of land / urban development projects on time and on budget
- Fostering the highest standard of client service
- Developing and implementing the business development strategy in conjunction with the management team
- Ability to win valuable business through fostering effective business relationships
- Business focused with proven exposure to a range of commercial environments, with previous consultancy experience preferred
- Enjoys building effective and sustainable business relationships
