This is a fantastic working environment with lots of energy and team spirit. You will be assisting agents across Australia with airfare queries as well as liaising with airlines solving problems & answering customer/agent queries.

To be successful, you must have a min 2 years industry experience, exceptional fares and ticketing knowledge, attention to detail, a positive attitude & great team ethic.
